Fun game, but has WAY too many ads to try to take your cash, to the point where I sometimes just close the app instead of playing a game. Also, the matching system for games is terrible - you can easily play someone with 10x more coins, better sticks, and more playing experience. When I first got the game, I (with 50k or so coins) played someone with 10 billion coins. I was only a few games in... Get rid of the ads, stop trying to take my money, and fix the matching system. Thanks

After having an account that I spent actual money on banned for "exploiting", which I guess means winning at a high percentage( I was at around 86%) within the parameters set by the developers, I only play as a guest now with multiple devices and accounts. I do not spend a penny and keep my win % under 35%. Weird scratch caused by algorithm? Immediately quit match. And only play the low tables. Never upgrade anything. This is all within the rules of the game and keeps it somewhat fun.

I'm tired of the pop ups,1 after another and then after 8 pop ups you think you can hit some balls and then bloop another pop up. 2nd the ads.I don't mind the regular ads but there's ads that have no x button. your forced to restart the game and then that brings you right back around to the pop ups asking if you want to buy cues and coins... the point of the game is to hit balls in holes to win the coins. u get 1 star because I love the game u lost 4 for the pop ups

I quit playing this for several years despite liking the game because it crashes constantly. Gave it another try, and it appears that nothing has changed. The game currently won't let me earn points, so I'm losing rank, and multiple crashes throughout every day cause me to just give up. I hate that this game is a hassle to play since it is a lot of fun when it works correctly, but I'm about to take another break from it out of frustration.

I love this game but it is too easy to select a level you may not want and drain your coins in the process. There should be two steps to entering a match. I have accidentally clicked on a match just scrolling though to the one I wanted to go into and boom, there's no way out and your coins are gone. Then you get matched with someone much higher level, so not fair. It goes from fun to frustrating because of those things. Also some playable ads have no way out so you have to restart the app.

Dennis Leon

The game itself is fun and well-designed, but the amount of advertisements really ruins the experience. I feel like I spend more time closing pop-ups and watching commercials than actually playing. If the ads were reduced or removed, it would be way more enjoyable. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend it to friends. Great game — just buried under too many distractions.

Richard Chow

Can't get out of playable ads. A solid app ruined by a hyper aggressive ad strategy. Not only do you get bombarded with in-app purchase interstitials every other screen, but you can't exit out of the playable ads that pop up. Every time they start (which is frequent), no matter how much time passes or how much you play, you can't exit and go back to the actual app, forcing you to exit the app entirely.

*(DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP!)* You have a better chance at a fair game if you spend nothing. the moment you pay for coins, you'll almost immediately get tied into a lossing streak. you'll get paired with players that aren't on your level, just to drain your coins in order for you to continue to pay for more. I've been playing this game for a week now, and I'm highly disappointed in its algorithm.

The base game is great. Really loved it. But once you get into it, there are SO many ads. Not the kind that make you watch videos, but the kind where it advertises multiple places to spend money on some tour or special mode or whatever... I started doing "offline" mode just so I wouldn't get all the nonsense popups... Seriously miniclip, just let me play pool.

8 Ball Pool has some of the worst physics I've seen in a pool game. l would go so far as to say worse than Yahoo Pool. The game is sluggish, with pop-ups everywhere. Cheaters everywhere with no report option. It's also fun as a new player facing a level 160 player with a maxed-out cue in a 100-pot game. Game feels pay-to-win most of the time. I still play every now and then just because it's the only pool game with a player base. If you play, just go in knowing all the stuff I just wrote.

DON'T SPEND MONEY HERE!! Game has good graphics and the play is pretty good, however, unfair matches and constant rebooting that baffles me. Says my connection is slow and regardless of time to get reconnected the opponents get the turn, nothing like running a table only to be disconnected and not put back in same situation you left. Every complaint to "support" is answered with a generic AI response. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone.

Ki Hong (Keith)

Like many of you, I have also spent a lot on this app thinking it will always be a fair game. After spending almost $300 and having the best cues I keeps missing and losing games which conveniently makes me spend more for in game money to play. This game is rigged and I can prove it, for instance their spin and win has multiple slots on the wheel with about 45% chance of hitting blue/green (lowest paid slot) yet 100% of the time you land on blue/green. This is impossible if it was fair. SCAM!!!

Dion Salazar

If you can get the app to connect you might have a good time. but if you have a weak connection don't even bother. If you lose the connection you lose everything. UPDATE After my phone screen went useless I had to play on my PC. I don't like the change in controls BUT my new phone on the same shared network connection as my PC loses connection even though PC further away. AND why it doesn't like tablets is weird. Wish I could have a PC connection with phone controls

Nate Cheatham

Never win anything more than a couple hundred coins at most in each spin, although there are higher amounts there to tease you. Also, you have to pay top dollar to get decent cue sticks. They changed the aiming, now when you pull back to shoot it allows movement of your original aim. This used to be a good game, now it's not so fun anymore, I won't be spending money on it again. Pop ups are extremely abundant. Ridiculously abundant.

Anna Nymitti

The fatal flaw the playable ads inflict due to required rebooting in order to play again is so disappointing when trying to get rewards and the time you waste as you wait for an ad that doesn't end is maddening as you don't get the credit either and once you finally realize you can't return without closing, you then have to wait for the app to reload. Please fix; I can only rate 2 til then!

V Polk

I have spent almost $200 on this app in the past month. I paid $7.99 for Elite a few days ago but it was never added to my game. I provided proof of the purchase to the developer (thru GooglePlay). I reached out and they told me that they cannot credit my account. They said I have to request a refund from my bank. It is a great pool game. definitely worth playing, but don't spend your money on it bc you may not get what you paid for and they won't refund you even if you have proof of purchase.

Eric Balarezo

Needs Facebook to save progress. Not cool. Not everyone uses it and while there's an option to sign in with Play Games, the progress doesn't transfer over. Spent a decent amount of $ over a few months and it was all for nothing, lost $, perks, items and level. Sad that you give in to the Z-verse like that.

David Wagner

love the game but to make it better get rid of bots and also waiting for opponent. Either you're playing or you're not! Also to many hackers/ cheaters! Seems like more and more everyday. When I started playing get in a match right away, now it takes sometimes minutes to get in. Seems to me like the game is losing people! Used to be fun but now turning into a hassle more than anything.

Sid Werner

There's some good effort overall put into this game. Sadly it's ruined by some ridiculous nickel and diming everywhere, doing absolutely nothing about the cheaters that are all over the place especially on weekends, and worst of all, the physics, which are NOT realistic. They're almost random at times, especially when it comes to side pocket physics, which are BROKEN. A ball is not going to bounce off the BACK of a pocket like I've seen. Yeah, work on those physics some more. And cheaters.

Jeff Ford

Absolutely terrible pool game. Graphics are almost 8 bit, the matchmaking is horrible. You are matched with people who have been playing for years and have upgraded equipment when you are first starting out. Much better pool games out there, this one is like a flash game with bad mechanics, bad matchmaking, and bad graphics. Definitely skip.
